Overclocking
Both Radeon X1650 XTs managed identical overclocks, which unfortunately is one of the main weaknesses of this Radeon series compared to the greater overclocking flexibility of the GeForce 7600 GT. However, despite the same clock speeds, the PowerColor was slightly slower than the MSI. It could be the slight difference in the driver versions between the two that had been concealed due to the default overclock on the PowerColor card.
