Quite surprisingly, this UMPC features as many interfaces, ports and connectors as a full-fledged notebook does. The left panel of the R2H offers a mini-USB port (USB 2.0) for the external keyboard and a ring for a wrist-strap.
The right panel offers more components, including those under the cover (from left to right):
- LAN port (RJ-45) which is disabled when the PortBar is in use
- Connector for the PortBar or, with a special adapter, a D-Sub port for an external monitor
- USB 2.0 port
- Microphone input
- Headphones output
- Power connector
The PortBar is a docking station that adds the following to the UMPC’s standard ports:
- 15-pin D-Sub connector for an external monitor
- Digital S/PDIF output
- LAN port (RJ-45) ?the standard LAN port is disabled if you use the PortBar
- Four USB 2.0 ports
And this is what you can find on the top panel:
- AV-Out port for analog audio/video devices
- USB 2.0 port
- Slider to block the input devices (Hold)
- Secure Digital card-reader
- WLAN slider switch
- Enter button (it sends the Ctrl+Alt+Del sequence to the OS for logging in/out, locking or shutting down the PC, viewing the Task Manager or changing the password; this feature is also referred to as Secure Attention Sequence)
- On/Off slider
The bottom panel offers two battery locks.
