  • Cooler Master thermal grease
  • A pack with screws, nuts, plastic spacers, rubber pads and a key
  • Two steel brackets to install the cooler on LGA775 mainboards
  • A clip with a cap to install the cooler on Socket 754/939/940/AM2 mainboards

The Eclipse (its dimensions are 147x146x110mm) employs four copper heat pipes, about 6.5mm in diameter, that go out of the copper base and carry a number of aluminum plates.
