Under PCMark05 however, the GA-965P-DS4 was the highest performer among the three boards in its overall System performance workloads. Broken down, the board displayed very strong performances for all three critical subsystems, CPU, Memory and HDD. Notice that the memory performance of all three boards were almost identical and the GA-965P-DS3 looses out in the HDD department because it was the only board that uses the value ICH8 Southbridge instead of the RAID capable ICH8R.
