While both motherboards here have largely identical specifications, there is still room for manufacturers to optimize the performance of their products. The Gigabyte seemed to have the edge here over the DFI, with a slight lead in the overall score for SYSmark 2004 and quite a fair lead in the Internet Content Creation section.
