Netcell Strengthens Executive Team - Accelerates into Growth Phase Adds Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Marketing

San Jose, CA - June 27, 2005 - Netcell Corporation, the technology leader in storage processing, today announced the appointment of two key executives to run Marketing and Engineering as the company moves into worldwide production of the Netcell Revolution storage processor. Sanjay Adkar joins the company as vice president of Engineering and Don Clegg joins the company as vice president of Marketing.

"We have just added over 40 years of semiconductor industry experience to Netcell. Sanjay's experience in graphics and computer-on-a-chip companies and Don's extensive background in technology product marketing gives Netcell the ingredients it needs to meet demand for our chips," said Andy Mills, president and CEO for Netcell Corporation. "These executive appointments combined with the successful completion of our research and development (R&D) phase places us in prime position for our growth and production phase."

Sanjay Adkar joins Netcell from NeoMagic where he was the Corporate Vice President of Engineering , responsible for engineering management and the development of multimedia applications processors and multimedia middleware. Previously, Sanjay was at National Semiconductor as senior director of engineering in the Information Appliance group and at LSI Logic as director of ASIC Design Methodology. Adkar holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelors Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the India Institute of Technology, Bombay India.

Mr. Adkar will be responsible for the current and future versions of the Netcell Revolution Storage Processing Unit (SPU). The Netcell Revolution SPU revolutionary 100% hardware-based 64-bit RAID engine that offers a mainstream RAID solution that combines RAID 0-class performance and RAID 5-class data protection for bandwidth-intensive desktop, workstation and media server applications.

Don Clegg brings a wealth of silicon and system experience to Netcell. Most recently, as Tyan's Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Sales, he helped establish them as the recognized world leader in first-to-market system board solutions for servers, workstations and PCs, During Don's tenure at Tyan, the company consistently won industry awards for product innovation and corporate growth. Prior to Tyan, Don held senior sales and marketing management positions at OPTi Incorporated and Chips and Technologies, both core-logic silicon companies that helped pioneer the chipset industry. Don began his career as a design engineer for Northstar Computers and also held systems engineering positions at Wyse Technologies. Don holds a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University.

As Netcell accelerates into growth mode, Mr. Clegg will lead its worldwide marketing campaigns, including global branding, channel development and product positioning.
