SCO in its suit against IBM asks for discovery on a version of Linux that does not exist, nor is likely to ever exist.

Sometimes you just have to shake your heard.

SCO, who for years has been trying to prove that Linux infringes on its intellectual property (funny how it has not shown any clear evidence yet) has now really made an amusing blunder.

It is trying to get IBM to produce documents on a non-existant version of Linux during discovery.
