You don't see a lot of boards with a white PCB and red component scheme. Ok, you don't see any. This is certainly a unique get up, and probably if you like red then you like its looks.
The CPU Socket is close to the edge of the board, and the Xpress 200 chipset it just to its right with passive cooling. Between the IO and the socket you will see capacitors, and a heatsink. That is not a chipset being cooled there, but the voltage regulator modules. Sapphire says they are designed with upgrades to future CPUs in mind. Also of note here are two additional small component heatsinks just above the chipset. Sapphire is certainly paying attention to overclockers. Lastly we see the 4 pin ATX power connector on the left edge of the board, and not standing out as much on a white PCB just to the left of the black heatsink.
