Navigating the T10 is quite easy, something which is a big advantage for small player. The T10 does not use an OLED but rather a LCD. The screen is unextraordinary and does a good enough job, though an OLED would have been a better choice. In addition to playing digital files the T10 has a FM tuner, FM recorder, and a voice recorder. The player can handle a MP3, WMA and OGG music files. These can be accessed either through the Music player or by a file browser.

Another important aspect of the MP3 player is its interaction with your computer. The major advantage of the iPod has always been Itunes, but other companies don't have this. The player comes along with a version of Windows Media Player 10- the only thing the users needs to do is to connect to the player using a USB cable and then work with it through WMP10 or Explorer. With WMP10 users can create playlists and sync songs from the library to their device. This is starting to add iPod-like functionality to the player, but it still has a long way to go and Media Player lacks the appeal of Itunes, no matter change updates they seem to make.

Conclusion

If you have not figured it out yet, the T10 is a very good MP3 player. It was not designed to revolutionize the portable music market or put Apple out of business, but rather to be an easy-to-use, rugged player which can hold up to everyday use. The unit looks a bit clunky and it could be smaller, but the use of a AA battery for power means it has to have this round shape. The battery situation is going to be hit or miss for users- some will appreciate the fact that no charging is needed and others will be put off by the expense of all those batteries. It gets a lot of life from an AA and throw a battery or two in your backpack you will be ready for some serious traveling.

Simply put, this player does not have the elegance of the iPod Nano or great size of the MobiBLU DAH-1500i Cube, but it does what you need it to do without any problems. A higher capacity would be great, but for what it is, the T10 is a good pick.
