The Bundle

The board comes in a pretty standard box with the exception of the near seizure inducing holographic glitter. The box itself is almost identical to the older ASRock M3A780GXH/128M with the exception of a few more stickers.  It's hard to tell from the picture but if you plan on reading anything on this box take it from me and down a few Advil first because trying to focus through the glitter will hurt your head.

The ASRock M3A785GXH/128M comes with a fairly standard assortment of driver discs and cables.  On one disc you have your XP drivers and on the other your Vista drivers.  The lack of Windows 7 drivers is understandable due to its very recent release. The SATA cables are of the straight variety, but a lot of people prefer cables with angled connectors. If you are thinking of getting this board you may want to pick up a few of them.  Besides the straight connectors the cables do have a metal clip to keep them from becoming disconnected.  ASRock was also generous enough to include an IDE and Floppy cable for those of use with older drives.  The ASRock M3A785GXH/128M also comes with a quick start poster and a comprehensive manual.  The I/O plate is also very nice with a color plastic insert which makes hooking up the onboard audio very easy as everything is clearly labeled and color coded.  It is a quality feature, especially for a board in the sub $100 price range.
