Before we look at the benchmark results, let's go over our test setup.

For comparison purposes we pitted the Radeon HD 4200 IGP against the venerable Nvidia 8800 GTS 640mb.  We wanted to use a card that the most people would be familiar with so as to help them relate to the performance of the IGP.  The bench is an open air setup, and the CPU cooler is using the supplied 120mm fan.
