Sapphire Crossfire motherboard prices found on the netAlthough every major motherboard vendoer (ok, except Intel) is probably working on producing Crossfire motherboards there have been few leaks to date.
Today we finally get to see a bit of information about one such board.
Sapphire Pure CrossFire Radeon Xpress 200P will be less than $200, and will be for Socket 939. It will have two PCIe graphics slots, two PCIe 1x slots, three PCI slots, eight USB 2.0 ports, SATA and ATA133, 8 channel audio, gigabit ethernet and Firewire. The board should be released end of August, but given the delays with the R520 I would not be surprised if we did not see it until sometime in September.
Basically all that is different about it is that it will be branded as a CrossFire board. It will be interesting to see of NVIDIA cards will be able to run in bridgeless SLI mode on it!
