Tagan is delighted to announce today, 19th August 2005, that its unique 20-24 pin & 4-8 pin mainboard connector cable has now been patented in both Germany (the origin of Tagan) and Taiwan.

Tagan submitted the patent application almost one year ago and finally patent offices in respective countries have granted and filed the request. The patent process can take up to two years and Tagan is currently waiting for the outcome in other countries, which cannot be revealed at this point in time due to legal reasons.

From the day that Tagan was launched, its philosophy has been based around research, development and innovation. Now with patents filed in Germany, No.: 2020 0401 2966.3 and Taiwan No.: M257031, together with patent pending around the globe, the innovative qualities of the brand are further highlighted. With the patent filed, Tagan's intention is not to take legal action against other manufacturers but to demonstrate that Tagan is a brand that innovates and will continue to do so.
