We begin with the memory benchmark from Sciencemark 2. Take note that the benchmarks of the Abit and Asus are pre XP2 which we have switched to, and it does take up a significant amount of resources which will reflect in lower scores for the Soltek as we see here with the memory benchmarks.

In Sandra the integer memory performance mirrors Sciencemark results.

The floating point scores are also similar.
