If you are looking for a new case Thermaltake always has a few options for everyone. In the past these cases, like their Xaser series, have been pretty outlandish looking and probably not appropriate for all settings, for example, in the office. Seemingly catching the hint, Thermaltake has recently released a number of calmer, more elegantly stylized cases, like the Soprano, Tsunami, Shark, and to a lesser extent, the Armor. These are more metallic, less plasticy, and generally in muted colors, unlike the reds and blues of before.

The Soprano is a newest in a trend of cases which have been emulating the CoolerMaster WaveMaster. Aside from Thermaltake, other companies have been doing this, including ones like SilverStone, who actually uses the same bezel as the WaveMaster on one of their cases. The Soprano adapts this wave-style with a few changes, including a plastic bezel and a steel enclosure, instead of aluminum. Changes like this will drop the price substantially, but there is more to the case than that- Thermaltake has a few tricks of their own to throw into the mix.
