Results - Halo: Combat Evolved & Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory
Halo: Combat Evolved managed to scale quite decently with the 512MB XFX GeForce 7800 GTX again the cream of the crop. Against the strong opposition that it faced, it still managed a slim 3 to 6% lead over the rest. This slim margin over the nearest rival, predictably the ASUS EAX1800XT TOP, was maintained in the Splinter Cell benchmark. Despite having Shader Model 3.0 and High Dynamic Rendering enabled, the XFX nevertheless produced an impressive 50 odd frames per second at 1600 x 1200.
