The following is placed on the left side of the notebook:
- Network (RJ-45) and modem (RJ-11) connectors under a special plastic cover;
- Microphone input;
- Headphones output;
- D-Sub connector for an external monitor;
- PC Card slot (for one card of type I or II).
The right panel offers the following:
- One FireWire and two USB ports (under a plastic cover, too);
- Power connector and vent holes.
The connector to the battery bay is located at the back of the notebook.
