As MP3 players continue to become one of the most common digital accessories, consumer electronics companies will persistently develop newer models with added features to make their products stand out. Although Apple's iPod and other hard drive players are the popular players of all time, flash storage is getting just as much attention. While hard drive players allow you to store your entire music library and listen to it for days on end, they are not all that rugged. If you like to listen to music while exercising, Apple's iPod or such players may not be to your liking due to their delicateness. No need to worry though, flash based players are targeted at the budget oriented users who doesn't mind switching songs once they have listened to them enough time. Furthermore, flash MP3 players are solid enough to take on morning jogs and even to gyms for a quick workout.

Although flash players sound impressive, which they are, you have to be careful as to which one you ultimately choose. Since they are so inexpensive to manufacture, companies throughout the world have started producing them and labeling as the next best thing that ever happened to MP3 players. Needless to say, not all of them can deliver and you have to be very careful about the brand. Though you will find endless MP3 players in the market at very affordable prices, the sound quality, features and even the company warranty may be lacking at best. With that said, Samsung is a recognized brand with establishments throughout the world. Throughout these years, the company has managed to bring more than a few lasting products.

Since we are talking about Samsung, our expectations rise fairly quickly and we should expect nothing but an almost perfect product from them. Considering their history, this shouldn't be too much to expect. With all the recent strides in the portable audio player market, it would've been odd to not see any MP3 players from the likes of Samsung, so here we are. In its product line, the company offers both hard drive as well as flash players to meet the demand of various consumers.

Samsung's YP-MT6V is one of the latest products in Samsung's product line that promises the same quality that other Samsung products do. But does it deliver its promise? Read on and find out
