VIA adds HDTV support to its new IGP chipset

The new K8M890 ICP PCI Express chipset from VIA uses a newer S3 Deltachrome IGP core that supports features needed for Microsoft's VISTA.

The chipset supports Pixel Shader 2.0 and DirectX 9, and also includes the Chromotion video engine supporting HD formats up to 1920x1080 pixels.
