The holidays are approaching and a lot of users are looking forward new graphics cards and other computer components. TrustedReviews has posted an article containing a small roundup of performance-mainstream graphics cards. The author compared Leadtek WinFast PX6800GS TDH, Connect 3D X800 GTO, Sapphire Radeon X800 GTO Ultimate graphics cards in terms of performance in several popular game titles, price of a package and bundle richness.

?Scores wise we've rated the cards for performance against the fastest you get right now, rather than just against each other. This means that the performance scores are middling, but they do well for value for money,?writes the author.

The review found the following in regards each of the boards:

  • Connect 3D X800 GTO: For ViVo and decent performance for less than ?25 the Connect3D is worthwhile.
  • Sapphire Radeon X800 GTO Ultimate: The Sapphire Ultimate GTO has the advantage of being completely silent but if you want to play games with image quality features enabled you?re going to have to drop to 1024x768 in newer games.
  • Leadtek WinFast PX6800GS TDH: However, on balance though we feel that the 6800 GS justifies its higher cost with its performance edge and 3D related features and would be our choice of the three.\
