NOTE:
The following tests are done on three different systems with three different graphics cards. So not only are you going to see differences in platform performance, it will also include variations in video performance. So this is not a straight-forward comparison.
Half-Life 2
1280x1024. High details. Trilinear filtering. No Anti-aliasing.
ABIT AG8 (i915P) - Pentium 4 560E, 1GB DDR, RX700 Pro 128MB
Chaintech V915P (i915P) - Pentium 4 560E, 1GB DDR, RX700 Pro 128MB
Intel i915P with DDR2 - Pentium 4 560E, 1GB DDR2, RX700 Pro 128MB
VIA K8T800 Pro - Athlon 64 3200+ (754 pin), 1GB DDR, R9800XT 256MB
NVIDIA nForce2 Ultra400 - Athlon XP3200+, 1GB DDR, R9600XT 128MB

In Half-Life 2, we see the biggest difference in performance between the ABIT AG8 and the Chaintech V915P. Though both are nearly identical boards, the ABIT pulls ahead of the Chaintech with large 11-12 FPS gap. The AG8 continues matching the DDR2 implementation on the Asus P5GD2.
Need for Speed: Underground 2
1280x1024. 2/5 details. Road detail reflection 1pt.
ABIT AG8 (i915P) - Pentium 4 560E, 1GB DDR, RX700 Pro 128MB

NVIDIA nForce2 Ultra400 - Athlon XP3200+, 1GB DDR, R9600XT 128MB
All Intel 915P boards, including the ABIT AG8, all perform equally in Need for Speed: Underground 2.
