The ScienceMark 2.0 memory benchmark shows the 3.73 GHz XE processor with a nice gain over all the other Intel processors but are still a bit behind the Athlon 64 processor memory bandwidth.  On the other tests, the extra cache on the 660 shows a bit of a performance gain over the 560, and the 3.73 XE shows slight gains over the 3.46 model.
