Results - 3DMark03 Pro (ver .360)
It was a rather neat segregation for 3DMark03 as all the Sapphire Radeon X800 GTO cards fared similarly in this benchmark. It would be safe to say that one would not be able to distinguish them with any consistency for this test. Without unlocking the pipelines, the Sapphire Radeon X800 GTO2 card was no different from any of the other Radeon X800 GTO cards. That changed when we compared the unlocked 16 pipelines Sapphire Radeon X800 GTO2, which quickly took the lead. The HIS Radeon X800 GTO Turbo Mode was also predictably faster than most of the other cards thanks to its higher clock speeds that HIS supported via its guaranteed turbo mode.
