Albatron Trinity GeForce 6800 Review

Albatron’s package is filled with accessories. It includes a user’s manual, driver disc, VGA adapter, video cables, WinDVD Creator, Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project, and 5-in-1 game pack. The user’s manual, as expected, is filled with details that many of you might not need.

The cables, user’s manual, and VGA adapter are all necessities and they are something that we have come to expect from every manufacturer. What’s interesting are the games that are included in the package and to our surprise, they are a major disappointment as well. The 5-in-1 game pack is only packed with five demos of previous generation games that won’t please anyone at this stage. Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project is the only full version game, but it, too, can be considered previous generation that doesn’t stand a chance against Doom III and Half-Life 2. We understand that Albatron probably could not include Doom III, but they least they could’ve done were to include other popular games that were released this year.

WinDVD Creator seems to be the only software that users can use, even today. Overall, the package seems to have lots of additional things to sweeten the deal, but they are far from anything significant.
