Results ?Halo: Combat Evolved & FarCry (DirectX 9 Benchmark)
The results for the ASUS V9999GE were not that impressive in our Halo benchmark. The GeForce 6800 GT held a sizeable lead over the V9999GE while the GeForce 6800 performed close enough to the ASUS card. The superior pixel fill-rate of the 6800 GT makes a point with its performance.
FarCry was a benchmark where the ASUS V9999GE showed an astonishing lead over the standard GeForce 6800 at 1600x1200. The scores that the V9999GE produced was almost twice that of the GeForce 6800. As this is without doubt one of the most stressful games for the graphics subsystem now, the extra memory and higher clock speeds of the V9999GE really proved its worth here.
